We had a great stay at the hotel. Best aspects were the location, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast with a variety of healthy options like wholegrain bread, fresh fruit, and Acai. The staff were friendly and tried their best to speak multiple languages. The rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and bar had a lovely breeze at night, and the room air conditioning worked well.

This hotel is located in a bustling neighborhood, surrounded by various food and drink options. the breakfast is particularly appealing with fresh fruits and juices, eggs and Acai. the room air conditioning works well, adding an extra comfort to the comfortable bed. the shower and nice room air conditioning unit are also standouts.

Some guests may find that the staff's English language abilities are limited and this could be challenging at times.

The language barrier can be challenging, as not all staff members can speak English. the laundry service took longer than expected, with a turnaround time of 2-3 days and not available on weekends.

The breakfast had a great variety of healthy options such as wholegrain bread, fresh fruits, and juices, as well as delicious Acai. The hotel's location was great, surrounded by restaurants and bars and within a 15-minute commute to my workplace. I also enjoyed the lovely breeze on the roof terrace next to the infinity pool and bar.

Some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times. The hot water in the bath was not consistent, alternating between very hot and cold. Additionally, the coffee capsules were missing upon my arrival, which was disappointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate in multiple languages, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide range of fresh and healthy options, including wholegrain bread, eggs, and fresh fruit, creating a delightful start to the day. The room itself was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and efficient air conditioning.
